More Family Photos (be sure to see the post below)

While were having our family pictures taken, I took advantage of the time to get a picture of Rach-11 in front of the Christmas Tree.

Family Photos

As a present for Lourdes, David got a photographer to come and take family photos today. Check out this website. Once you click on the site go to "Proofing" on the top of the page. Then on the lower right hand side there is a login. Right above "sumbit" type in "mike" and you can check out proofs and order as will. Any ones that you order in the next 30 days are discounted. Take a look.

Early Christmas

As the Rishes I am sure are familiar, traveling families often find it a good idea to do their family's Christmas presents a little early. The Hagertys of the NW decided to do ours on Monday. Since then, some loving relatives have sent some gifts for Rachel. Great Grandma Hagerty sent a very fun Princess Book with 3 stories. We have been reading a new one every night. Here is a picture of us reading it this evening.

The same night she received her book in the mail she also received a dancing pizza party Elmo from Aunt Bean and Uncle Robert. She can barely sleep knowing that this toy exists to play with. It also has inspired some unique moves. If this doesn't deserve a comment, then I don't know what to do with you people ;-)

Thanks everyone for making this a Very Merry Christmas! We feel the love!!

New Photos on the Website

Nate,

I just added the Thanksgiving pictures that you requested along with some more pictures from my company Christmas party on the website

Bruce's Work Christmas Party

This weekend my company had our Christmas Party up at Timberline Lodge on Mount Hood. The big success was Rachel warming up to her new friend the snow. We had a little talk about how the snow turns into water when you lick it and she fell in love with the concept. She was not fond of the snow flakes in her face though. I took her to the outside pool which is an awesome experience swimming in and 80 degree pool with snow covered trees all around. I think she would have been ok if the snow were not flurrying in her face. Maybe next year she will realize how awesome it is to swim with frozen hair, and have snowball fights in the pool! Here is a link to a slide show that a friend of mine put together. There are more photos to come.
