Early Christmas

As the Rishes I am sure are familiar, traveling families often find it a good idea to do their family's Christmas presents a little early. The Hagertys of the NW decided to do ours on Monday. Since then, some loving relatives have sent some gifts for Rachel. Great Grandma Hagerty sent a very fun Princess Book with 3 stories. We have been reading a new one every night. Here is a picture of us reading it this evening.

The same night she received her book in the mail she also received a dancing pizza party Elmo from Aunt Bean and Uncle Robert. She can barely sleep knowing that this toy exists to play with. It also has inspired some unique moves. If this doesn't deserve a comment, then I don't know what to do with you people ;-)

Thanks everyone for making this a Very Merry Christmas! We feel the love!!

I seem to be having flashbacks of Uncle Jeff on the dance floor. My favorite moment was Rachel standing in the "I'm going to kick your a$$ like a kung foo fighter" stance pause in the middle of the video. Very nice post!

So, when we bought that for her, we had no idea it would make her expend the energy of a small nuke power plant! We're energized ourselves that she's getting such a big kick out of it.

Just a little tip for future early Santa visits...it has to remain a safely guarded secret between your family and Santa. Santa is very busy, and the planet's growing population of people celebrating Christmas is increasing; Santa counts on a select few families to allow him to deliver presents early, so he can get all of the presents delivered before Christams Day. Keeping this secret is very important...especially when you are talking with friends at school.
