I Need To Reconsider

So I pride myself on being a lover of vegetables. There are very few that I don't like. The ones that most people don't like I love like brussel sprouts and asparagus and others. I had declared myself an enemy of eggplant. I threw out a poll thinking that most would agree with me and the consensus was that it a relatively popular vegetable. So I am going to give it another try. So far I have enjoyed a lasagna that containted said vegetable. I will leave my mind open for 5 or so more dishes at which point I will finalize my opinion.
