Am I Having A Contraction?

She is a trooper. Nicole had some back labor. She tried walking it off, swaying it off, jacuzzi-ing it off and just toughing it out. We are convinced she shortened her labor by her efforts however she ended up with an epidural. Now we are hoping for a short nap.
